Heathcliff was obviously pissed off. Word is, sales in Jell-O pudding pops have declined dramatically since the 80's and he's lost a shitload of money b/c he invested heavily in the rich and creamy snacks....he's been on edge ever since. Okay, not so much. The real reason why he doesn't fuck with Uncle Rush is because he doesn't feel like his Rush Card is giving him the type of financial freedom Russ promises in the commercial. In all seriousness, Bill is actually mad because they've had some sort of geriatric hip-hop "beef" since 2009.
